Before AC360 started, I was watching a little bit of LKL. Was it a rerun from the past? Anyway, I was mesmerized by so many strange animals just like those kids.

Speaking of animals, it was really nice seeing a gorilla nursing a human boy. Animals are hardwired not only to kill but also to protect those weaker than them.

When I was a child, I was scared to death of animals. I was never able to get closer to a dog even if it is a tiny cute one. I had a hunch that they may attack me.
However, I started to keep a dog on a whim and this changed completely how I see animals.

By the way, snow in NH was really beautiful. This picture reminded me of when I went there last April. I rarely see snow in my city and have not seen any this year. So when I see snow, I forget about cold and get excited! I guess Pebbles and copperfish do not see snow often as well. Do you get excited when you see it?

Hi Mio,
you have a great blog!! I like your screencaps from the NYE show!

Oh yeah, before I forget: Happy 2008!!

Here in Belgium we don't often get snow, but I don't mind because I don't like snow at all! It looks great with John standing in front of it though, but that's it!

See you again soon :)

Being in the tropical region, yeah we don't have snow coz' we only have 2 seasons here, dry(summer) and the wet(rainy)seasons. In the months of December and January we often have cold or windy weather. I haven't experienced snow maybe someday I'll be able to and get excited for the first time but I don't know if I'll be able to get used to it.

Yup, just like copperfish said, we don't have snow here. The most we have is just cool wind, that's it. I haven't experienced snow yet, I don't know if I ever will.

I like snow but not in Paris! It's such a mess when we have snow for some days once per year! Snow is for me good memories of winter vacation in mountain areas.

We are having one snowstorm after another here where I am,ladies.

We have had an awful lot in December-and 4 storms since the start of the Christmas holidays.

I do not like Winter at all!

I have been pretty busy and sick these days and I couldn't check out my own place for a few days. Sorry for my late reply. (Actually I am writing from my office! What a bad worker!)

I've had a headache and nausia since yesterday and cannot eat much. Yesterday morning, I told my coworkers, to whom I introduced "I had a bad case of diarrhea," that I was sick, and both of them said at the same time, "Oh, you have a bad case of diarrhea!?" Sadly, no. Today, they asked me again, and one of them looked furious, saying, "Not yet!? I am ready to dance!!" The other said, "You still have time to wait. Just relax." They want me to have a bad case of diarrhea.

How we see snow is pretty different. I rarely have snow here. Snow covered the ground in my area two or three times in my life, so as I said, I get so excitied!

I'm so glad you enjoy my blog! We have another friend from Belgium here. It's really nice to make friends with so many friends from so many countries!

I experienced snow when I travel to nothern areas or other countries. Every time I see snow, I get so excited! Maybe we need so much snow until we get fed up. (Maybe as much snow as Anne has experienced!?)

I love snow. It's so beautiful. I hope you will someday experience that in another country.

You are right. Big city can be easily paralized because of the snow. It is really nice to see snow in country side.

It seems that to you, snow is just an annoying wheather. To me, humidity annoys me. In rainy season, I feel like excaping to another country. Maybe you are feeling just the same.

I hope you feel better! What your coworkers said did make me laugh! Sorry :)
