It sounds like they are taking stock of the PIP series. Is it over? No more trip with Jeff?

Hey Delie & Mio,

Jon is presenting Planet In Peril at this cermeony to enroll it to be examined for a possible award. From what I understand the series is not over at all. I guess they are basing it on what has been done so far.

Just a semi-educated guess on my part. It is like a nominating ceremony. He is presenting it for CNN as the network President.

If you go back and read all of the places that PIP was to include, they still have quite a bit to go. All I know is that I hope Anderson gets to go on the rest of the locations. I think they got all of the cold ones out of the way now, so he should be safe. Poor guy. :)

Anyhow I hope this explanation helps. :)

Thank you so much for your explanation. I went back to the page. Here's the link.
http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/anderson.cooper.360/blog/2007/02/are-we-killing-our-planet.html

It says, "Anderson may well turn up in Madagasgar, China, the Arctic, Cambodia, the Florida Everglades, and perhaps some other locations as well. Animal Planet's Jeff Corwin is joining Anderson on most of these trips. "

It's more like..."Jeff is turning up in these places and Anderson is joining him." I hope Anderson will travel with Jeff next time.

Is there another place where we can find some more information on PIP?

Thanks, Pati, for the explanation. I remember they mentioned the Everglades and I was waiting for this location! But I remember Jeff telling something like "it's going to be the longest six months of your life" during the first trip in Brazil... The 6 months are over or almost. I hope they won't stop and do other PIP
